Tara,
I swear you’ve been reading my mind! This post was amazing as my company is facing massive layoffs and I am not sure if I’m in that number. I have stressed a little bit about what to do, but I am going to have to start putting myself in a position to make things happen instead of relying on an employer. I have been writing part time for a publication and thinking about starting my catering business. I think I am going to pursue both of those more. Thanks to your tips and encouragement, I have the boost I need to get moving!
